Industry: Fundraising, non-profit charity Company size: 1,000+ The Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Prospect Researcher to perform complex research projects regarding domestic and global issues, involving multiple divisions, and providing in-depth analysis and interpretation impacting divisional and corporate strategy. The Senior Prospect Researcher will be responsible to ensure that all data requested from the philanthropy representatives is summarized and provided in a timely manner. Must really have a passion for doing research in various systems and presenting findings in reports. Help us carry out our Christian organization's mission, vision, and strategies that will take the donor to the next step of their journey. Responsibilities include: Analyze existing and potential markets, making recommendations on current business practices and potential new ones. Collect and analyze data on established and prospective donors and partners in order to improve WVUS' ability to engage with them effectively. Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potentials. Coordinate research efforts throughout various departments, working closely with appropriate staff and leadership. Identify appropriate resources for solving individual research problems and respond to quick reference research requests. Manage the execution of project-oriented work efforts, meeting project objectives and expectations for time and cost. May assign and monitor the work of other team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as part of a team. Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools. 03 Required Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience. In addition to education or educational equivalent, requires 5 -7 years of work experience which includes research or related field. Able to work in a collaborative work environment Experience with doing on-line research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage various research projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with confidential information. Excellent computer and problem solving skills.
