What's being a dev like here? We thrive to make softwares feel like home. Workleap (formerly GSoft) was created by a group of engineering-obsessed devs who loved to create the best products in the best way possible. And that’s still the case today. We give our devs the freedom to figure out how to create the best software for our clients. We are the proud builders of ShareGate, Officevibe and Softstart, with many more to come. From code base to production, we never treat our devs like code monkeys. Workleap was built on mutual confidence and we aren’t ready to compromise that philosophy. We believe that flexibility isn't just for yoga. We get that maintaining a good work-life balance is no easy feat. The most important thing for us? Trust. We respect everyone’s unique schedules and rhythm because life is never linear (9 to 5 is no exception). Taking care of your kids, doctor’s appointments and walking the dog are all a part of life, and we want to give you the space to live yours. What [drives] us ?
