We are on the lookout for the next up and coming warehouse expert! We have an epic Junior Inwards goods role, for New Zealand's fastest-growing Food company. We are looking for a sole inwards person to take the bull by the horns and own it! We have a large team of 40 team members on-site and on busy days, you will have a more than a few hands to smash your goals. There is a great culture at Woop and we are all about growing our people. So drop us a line and come and let us get you in here. Sole inwards goods person needed to work Thursday to Monday. 7 am to 4:00 pm Must have own transport and a fork hoist licence. Objectives of the role: - Own the Inwards/Dispatch area and improve on systems and processes to your liking. - Liaise with procurement department to communicate stock arrival/shortages/quality, while learning what a great courgette looks like. - Take charge of the inwards layout, utilising the space to ensure we are optimising it, turning yourself into a fortress wizard. - Problem-solving on the go, coming up with solutions before they become issues, but bouncing ideas with a forward-thinking team. - Gaining mentorship from a fulfilment manager and supervisor, both who have worked in warehousing and can help you get the lay of the land. - H&S orientated, dealing with deliveries and while driving a fork hoist.
