About the Role: Woodside has a proud history of delivering world class product to our customers. We are in the early stages of building an exciting new LNG fuels business making use of our Pluto LNG truck loading facility. This role has day-to-day accountability for all aspects of this business. The initial focus is on remote power generation. Our customer offerings are tailored to their needs and include delivered LNG, regasified LNG, integrated LNG power solutions and integrated LNG-plus-renewables power solutions. You will have line responsibility for a small core team, support from a wider virtual team and interact with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Leadership of Woodside’s Domestic (trucked) LNG business. Including: Definition of strategy and business plan Delivery of business plan objectives (operational performance, financial performance and growth) Motivation and alignment of wider team Joint venture leadership Identification and capture of customers Structuring of customer offerings (LNG, gas, power, LNG-plus-renewables) and negotiation of appropriate distribution of risk and reward. Negotiation and implementation of necessary commercial agreements Building Woodside’s domestic (trucked) LNG brand Skills & Experience: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven leadership skills, a track record of successful business development, and the ability to develop long term working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will have strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable creating alignment in a dynamic environment. Your knowledge of opportunity evaluation and commercial agreements allows you to identify creative solutions that meet the requirements of both Woodside and its customers. As a degree qualified professional in a relevant area including commerce, business or engineering, you will be able to demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience in LNG, gas or power marketing and business development. Preference is for someone with experience in a similar role where you were responsible for negotiating contracts and prior experience performing economic analysis.
