-Minimum diploma -Job Purpose - to manage and planning subcon. -Responsibilities Create, maintain, review and sub con schedules and plans. Liaising with planner and production control to discuss the progress of the scheduling and delivery and address any issues that arise. Liaise with external subcon and suppliers to organize the phases of the part completion. keep the team up to date on progress to present to the customers. Prepares report about subcon processes for management and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
