About the role: As the Site Engineering Leader you will be responsible for building and leading a multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers in the development of new features and products for the Wish Commerce ecosystem. Projects will include back-end development, Mobile UI / UX work and API Integrations. As the Site Engineering Leader, you will ensure the facility is an active participant in global initiatives and is a vibrant, creative space for teams to work. At Wish, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the following technologies: Swift, Xcode, Kotlin, MVVN React / Redux HTML / CSS JavaScript / JS Libraries (angular, etc) Python Go (Golang) Java Spark MongoDB RESTful API AWS About you: This is an opportunity for a dynamic Engineering Leader with experience not only in building & managing teams but also partnering with other Engineering / Development teams around the world. You will have an advanced degree in Computer Science and experience working in both rapid prototyping & large scale distributed systems. Although experience with eCommerce is preferred, it is not required. Most importantly the successful candidate will be a highly competent Engineering Leader who is passionate about both their team and the technical solutions they can deliver, and has the courage to lead the team through a period of growth.
