This position will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related functions from recruitment and hiring, employee relations management to policy and program administration. The candidate should have outstanding interpersonal relationship building and coaching skills, general knowledge of various employment laws and practices, ability to work with a corporate attorney and follow advice, interact professionally with employees and maintain professionalism with difficult employees or difficult situations, be extremely self-motivated and self-directed, ability to handle various tasks and projects at the same time, and ability to problem solve and implement solutions.
