As the newest member of our high performing AP team, you will need to be someone who thrives in an adaptable environment. Team Finance have fun, but we work hard, and we build successful relationships across the whole business. About the role Are you experienced in Accounts Payable, but looking for a new challenge? Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be an experienced AP professional, whose looking for a vibrant and fast paced team environment! You will need to show initiative, assume every problem is solvable, own your role and be supportive of the rest of the team. You will proactively ensure that all internal and external customer enquiries are addressed on a timely basis and demonstrate strong attention to detail. You will need a sense of humour, a desire to work in a busy and fast paced environment, and have a team focus at the core of everything you do. What your day-to-day will look like Sort, code and match invoices Set invoices up for payment in accordance with payment terms Enter and upload invoices into system (Navision) Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments Help prepare for payment runs Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records Reconcile accounts payable transactions Investigate and resolve discrepancies Assist in end of month procedures Maintain vendor files and account status Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries A bit about you Experience in a full function Accounts Payable role Strong experience with Excel Experience with Accounting systems, Microsoft Navision is a bonus!
