Business Support Officer - Finance Fulltime Permanent role / 19 day four week cycle About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the Finance, Procurement, Property and Revenue teams to support efficient running of the group teams including filing, records management, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of manuals and reports along with meeting minutes. You will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers both face to face and by phone. The salary for this position is based on skills, experience and qualifications and will range from $54,394.60 to $63,097.84 plus superannuation. About You In addition to holding a Certificate IV in Business Administration or other related discipline and experience you will provide demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, electronic document management and financial systems with a high level of attention to detail, ability to prioritise and complete tasks to deadlines.
