Roles & Responsibilities First level support for end users to trouble-shoot, resolve desktop PC and problem (Software, Hardware related) and related peripherals issues (Printers, Scanners, Wireless Access Point, Mitel telephony & etc) Setting up new car park system installation, configuring and testing to ensure smooth operation of car park systems and other related equipment Manage and check day to day car park system operation and settlement Manage end-users accounts and email accounts Install, migrate, upgrade and configure software, printer, scanners, desktop PC and other peripherals Assess the need for implement performance upgrades for desktop hardware Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software resources Monitoring and analyse incoming calls, problems and support requests After hours on call escalation and support for critical problem resolution Work with vendor support to resolve technical problems Work with procurement staff to purchase hardware, software and parts Assess functional needs to determine specification for purchases Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent Proficient in SQL-SERVER / MY SQL / PHP / IIS Good knowledge in >NET and networking Experience in computer hardware controls, interface communication and network essential Must be able to work independently, take ownership of projects and deliver outcomes in a timely manner Ability to learn, diagnose and implement features and bug fixes in large, multi-tiered information retrieval systems Possess good interpersonal, communication and troubleshooting skill At least 1-2 years relevance experience Only Singaporean will be considered We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
