The Job: Ideal role for a highly competent and ambitious digital marketing executive looking to hone their marketing expertise in a dynamic business environment. This role will provide effective digital marketing campaigns for two prestigious public sector contracts that TSO manage, which cover both B2B and B2C markets. You will create appropriate plans to achieve targeted objectives to scheduled timescales and budgets, which will help deliver budgeted sales and meet other stated objectives. As part of this role you will be required to produce clear and articulate monthly written reports as well as feed into business plans. The Fit: Accountabilities Monthly and quarterly client meetings and reports Reporting and presenting to the client on campaign effectiveness, upcoming campaigns, market research results etc. Tracking and reporting on key objectives and associated targets Annual marketing plan within the annual business plan To plan marketing activities across the year to increase audience reach, generate revenue where possible and reinforce brand/product awareness. Developing new marketing strategies and building on the success of existing strategies Email marketing Overall responsibility for the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including lists, testing and increasing revenue from the campaigns run via the system. Report on the effectiveness of campaigns Market research Support the Research Manager to plan and manage customer satisfaction surveys and market research projects as required to support business development Plan and attend between 6-8 B2B and B2C UK events per year Management of various social media channels Working with the Content Manager to communicate via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and developing these channels for engagement and revenue purposes. Tracking all activity and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and individual accounts. Advising on new social media channels as appropriate On and offline advertising Managing on and offline advertising campaigns to drive traffic to the website. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in local, regional, national and specialist publications. Management of Adwords to driving traffic and sales Video marketing Liaising with agency for creation of video content for website and to support marketing campaigns PR Writing and sending press releases, brand management and other related activities as appropriate. Liaising with agencies as and when required Marketing collateral Creation of leaflets, brochures, branded items for events etc. Copy writing and briefing Graphic Design Supporting business development To work closely with the product development and wider Gazette and Legislation teams to support the research behind new products and services. Providing appropriate marketing support for the team including literature production and event organisation.
