An opportunity now exists for a motivated and committed individual to join the Information Centre as an Admissions and Information Officer on a full-time, fixed-term basis until December 2020. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely student administrative services to support the admission to graduation lifecycle of domestic students. Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone to all clients including providing advice on admission and enrolment procedures, fee information, progression, timetabling, graduation and other administrative schedules and processes as required. Ensure accurate student and course enrolment information is recorded through the use of the Institute’s Student Management System (SMS) Ensure administrative procedures are followed to meet the standard of service and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have: A relevant degree or diploma level qualification preferably in Administration or similar discipline. Demonstrated experience in an administration role (ideally within an education setting) involving the co-ordination of a range of functions. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a proven record of positive customer outcomes. A high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience in Microsoft suite. Demonstrated experience using database management systems such as TechOne (SMS), CareerHub, Salesforce, Wufoo, and Zendesk. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements as per ASQA, TEQSA, HESG, VRQA, and other relevant bodies Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the Values of William Angliss Institute.
