Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics broker for the US Based Logistics Process.We are seeking an individual who is outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven and has excellent communication skills(US accent). A Logistics broker is an individual that matches shippers with transportation services in order to transport goods. Logistics brokers are responsible for matching authorized and reliable transportation carriers to the shippers and coordinating all the shipping needs for the company. Responsibilities and Duties Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline. Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services. Providing customers with shipping quotes. Booking orders with carriers. Assisting to prepare carriers for loads. Tracking status of loads. Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs. Keeping accurate records of relevant activities. Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries. Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace. Work with trucking companies to move our customers' logistics. Track Shipments. Provide customer updates. Resolve issues. Work individually and in a team-oriented environment. Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of work experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding people skills. Proficient negotiating skills. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹240,000.00 to ₹480,000.00 /year Experience: logistics broker: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Industry: Logistic Support
