Job Purpose Develops and leads social media management for Whiteoaks International’s top tier digital and social clients driving satisfaction and revenue. Develops standout creative social media campaigns that spark engagement and conversation. Retains and grows existing digital accounts and identifies new digital revenue opportunities from existing and prospective clients. Supports the evolution of the agency’s digital service proposition to stay current and capitalise on emerging trends. Key Responsibilities Creates strategic and compelling digital programmes for clients, borne out of an ability to translate corporate aims and objectives into relevant yet creative campaigns Consults with clients to provide expert opinion and advice across the digital and social spectrum Continually evolves the digital approach, procedures and processes to ensure strong client satisfaction and standardisation across the agency Offers insights into new digital developments and trends that may influence client programmes Oversees the execution of paid digital and social efforts to ensure campaigns deliver desired results and are set-up for success. Implements reporting and evaluation best practices for clients to showcase performance against agreed KPIs Delivers strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve and accelerate campaign performance Requirements: Experience of paid social campaigns and organic social media campaigns Social media listening: to spot potential opportunities and enhance reporting efforts Experience of Google analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot and Meltwater (Or alternatives) Planning and executing social campaigns and reporting Able to provide creative and strategic consultancy and client facing Design or asset creation experience – not essential but preferred About Whiteoaks Consultancy: At Whiteoaks International, the number one technology agency outside of London, we provide a complete range of PR, digital and content services to UK and international leading technology clients in the retail, fintech, enterprise IT and cyber security industries, to name just a few.
