What you should possess: Previous customer service experience Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (verbal and written) Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously Dependability Proficient in using Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs Ability to work full-time hours, including Saturdays What your day will look like: Greet customers in a professional manner, providing them with a welcoming first impression. Help assign customers to sales staff. Work with our managers to help customer flow. Being knowledgeable and able to answer general enquiries from customers and staff. Additional duties as assigned.
