About Westgate Resorts

As a Customer Service Agent for Westgate Resorts, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Floor. You will answer questions, schedule reservations and tours, book car rentals, and sell additional items such as tickets to customers, over the phone. Your ultimate goal is to make the customer happy before the termination of the call.
