We are looking to appoint a Human Resources Administration Officer who is a strong administrator and effective and efficient. They will need to be organised, conscientious and resourceful to enable the provision of a high standard of administrative support to the school. They will support the drive for excellence in teaching and learning by contributing to the effective recruitment, retention and continuous development of high calibre staff. To fulfill an important requirement of child safeguarding by maintaining the Single Central Record. To help maintain employee relations by influencing the delivery of a consistent HR service throughout the school. Essential skills and qualifications include * 5 passes (A*-C) at GCSE or NVQ Level 2, or equivalent experience * high level administration skills * excellent communication skills * ability to work on own initiative * highly proficient ICT skills * ability to organise interviews Millais is committed to the safeguarding of children, and a DBS police check will be made on the successful applicant.
