We are seeking a dynamic health or social care professional to be a core member of the Ealing Community Partners Senior Management Team as our Service Manager for health within the Ealing Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities, following the retirement of the previous manager and a review of the team structures. The successful candidate will provide compassionate leadership to a multidisciplinary health team, working alongside a Local Government peer who oversees the co-located Council functions. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with experience of partnership working across agencies, ideally with experience of transformation in community, learning disability or mental health services. They will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a flexible approach and a strong focus on clinical governance and operational delivery. You must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and be able to manage conflicting pressures. You will be expected to manage resources and finances effectively to meet the needs of the service. The role offers opportunities and exposure to change management, business planning, service improvement and pathway re-design, project leadership and performance management, and coproduction with service users and families. You should have skills to prioritise workload, challenge appropriately and be comfortable working for colleagues at all levels with the ability to build, manage and motivate teams effectively.
