Position: MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT (MOA) Type: Part Time Locations: North Vancouver WELL Health Technologies is the owner and operator of the largest network of primary care clinics in British Columbia. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. No prior MOA experience is required, if you love helping people we want you! Key responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and in-person Support physicians in the delivery of care Complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work Ability to work independently as well as with a team Ability to analyze, problem solve and take initiative
