As a Manager, you will be a strong leader for your team whilst ensuring the delivery of the Weirs sales and service standards. Inspiring your team, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. Proactive and attentive, you will take ownership of your area, constantly monitoring sales and service results. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, be an expert in customer service and be a natural leader. The Job. A Management position in our Sales Department. Hours 37.5 working week, Rostered 5 days over 7 Mon to Sat 9.30am to 6pm Sunday 12pm to 6pm. In addition to the core hours you would be expected to be available to work Bank Holidays and Late night Trading if Rostered for them (overtime rate would be paid for any such hours) Holiday entitlement is 22 days per annum.
