Job Advert Calling all social media gurus! If you enjoy keeping up with the latest trends, viral videos and social media influencers then this could be your calling. We are in search for a video Content Moderator to join our team in Hyderabad. We want the Netflix bingers, viral video starters (or finders), meme sharing, people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail as you will be responsible for taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies. We want someone with moral integrity and a sense of humour, someone who is proactive and confident in decision making. You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content. Requirements Fluency in Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam with additional knowledge of Hindi and English Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions (Essential) Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous) Experience in content mining and reviewing Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Adhere to strict deadlines Offer INR 300 000 – 450 000 per annum commensurate with experience Medical insurance Subsidised meals Free transport About Webhelp We are a global community of passionate, fun-loving people who thrive on making a difference on behalf of the world’s most exciting brands.
