Weaver Vale Housing Trust Head of HR & Organisational Development Circa £65,000 per annum Based in Northwich, Cheshire We are looking for a dynamic Head of HR & Organisational Development to join our Senior Management Team, as we continue our journey, moving from an outstanding organisation, to an extraordinary one. If you are a HR & OD leader with the drive and desire to make a difference in a forward thinking not for profit business, then you are the person we are looking for. The Head of HR & OD Role: You will report to the Director of Finance and Business Services, work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and play a key role to influence and shape the culture of the Trust. This will ensure we remain a great place to work and help us to deliver high quality, cost-effective services to make us “fit for the future”. You will take responsibility for the Trust’s “Our People” Strategy, encompassing all aspects of HR & organisational development. This includes leading on the Trust’s employee engagement plan and helping us to achieve our aim of becoming a 3-Star Best Companies employer. You will lead our HR & OD team and be responsible for all aspects of their service delivery.
