We Buy Cars has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Clerk at our Office in Silver Lakes! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting the branch accountant in processing hypen payments. Assisting the branch accountant in daily processing of eletonic payments on the other bank platforms. Printing proof of payments and sending them through to head office for bank allocations. Filing/documentation and sorting of documentation. Follow up on suppliers' invoices. Insuring all account queries are completed for processing. Attending all enquiries from head office and other branches. Processing of client and staff refunds. Processing and administrating supplier statements and payments. Recon of monthly supplier statements and preparation of creditors reconciliations for review. Assisting in handling petty cash for the branch. Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate Financial background and experience Bilingual in English and Afrikaans Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport Excellent Excel skills Fine attention to detail Package includes: 15 days annual leave Momentum FundsAtWork Provident Fund
