We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support the team with admin and coordination. In this fast paced role, the successful candidate will provide support to the People Team, working collaboratively on projects across the organisation. This role is a key member of the People Team and will be responsible for keeping accurate records and undertaking all admin duties in a timely manner. Team work is important to us and we are looking for an HR Administrator who can support and add value to our small team. What we can do together... Acting as the first point of contact for People enquiries, including monitoring the People inbox and responding to queries where appropriate, or fielding enquiries to the rest of the team where needed. Managing the administrative processes of onboarding new starters and conducting pre-employment checks. Managing the leavers process, including arranging exit interviews. Preparing HR paperwork such as new starter contracts and contract change letters. Supporting the HR team with recruitment, including advertising roles and organising interviews. Ensuring the HR Management System (PeopleHR) is kept up to date with employment changes regarding changes to pay, new starters, leavers, contract changes etc. Maintaining an up-to-date monthly tracker of payroll changes and helping with any payroll admin necessary Attending meetings regarding ER issues and taking minutes. Responding to reference requests Responsible for procurement of HR related items Supporting the HR team with finance admin, raising POs and liaising with the finance team regarding invoice payments Liaising with our pension providers and arranging pension meetings for employees Supporting the Volunteer Manager with admin support and the administrative work recruiting volunteers (completing reference and DBS administration). General administration and support to the wider People team. Who you are... You’ll have had previous HR administration experience, in a busy, fast paced organisation and have proven examples of your organisation and prioritisation skills. You’ll have had experience of database management and be able to demonstrate strong IT skills with great attention to detail. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have great interpersonal skills.
