Job Responsibilities You will coordinate international tax questions, support executives on tax and VAT declaration. You will execute prepayment of taxes You will be responsible for R&D management (tax purpose) You will supervise the Accounting activities with regards to cash, transfer pricing, interco optimisation, monthly closing meetings and booking of salary preparations You will follow-up the ERP and BI tool You will report about business lines, opex cost analysis, reconciliation Added value, D&B report single projects, project analysis and budget/forecast exercises You will also follow-up on timesheet registration and capacity planning Required Skills and Experience Master degree in Finance / Economics is required, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position Experience in a project environment is a plus Strong leadership Very good knowledge of VAT and taxes Fluent in Dutch, English and French MS Office and Excel have no secrets for you, good experience with ERP (SAP + Exact is a plus) Hands-on mentality and eager to take initiative Team player, accurate and good communication skills Manages time effectively, meets deadlines without fault and strives to continuously improve business processes and contribute to the company’s overall success Flexible and used to working in a fast changing international environment Financial acumen in the broadest sense (accounting, statutory reporting, project controlling, local corporate tax,…) with strong liaison with project managers
