The School of Business is AACSB International accredited and serves more than 600 BBA, MBA, and MAcc students. Washburn University, a dynamic, student-focused institution located in Topeka, the state capital of Kansas and home to a growing financial and insurance services sector. Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Accounting. ABDs will be considered if substantial progress has been made toward completion of the dissertation. Teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant or a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) credential. Responsibilities: Teaching responsibilities at the undergraduate and master degree (MAcc and MBA) levels in Financial Accounting and at least one additional area from Accounting Information Systems, Auditing, Managerial Accounting, Tax, or Accounting for Governmental and Nonprofit Organizations.
