About the role: Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will support the Technical Manager for Content and Compliance with the production and maintenance of technical documents, including; product manuals, electrical diagrams, technical data sheets, safety data sheets and technical videos. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the product compliance program, which includes; monitoring product specifications against product standards and regulations, enforcing the self-imposed quality standards that Warmup expects of its own products through the company QA program. The key responsibilities of the role include: Content: Support the design and creation of documents within our product-focused technical library, which includes items such as; installation and operation manuals, electrical diagrams, technical data sheets, safety data sheets and technical videos Support with the review and approval of product labelling, packaging and marketing materials for technical compliance and accuracy QA: Support the operation of the Warmup QA program, working closely with the Product Management team to ensure that new and existing products meet their stated specifications at the expected quality levels Report into the Technical Manager on any technical product issues and set actions for colleagues to complete any remedial work Compliance: With guidance from the Technical Manager for Content and Compliance, review the standards and regulations required for product portfolio compliance, working to ensure conformity Set up and maintain third party certifications on products as required Special projects: Assist the company with special product application tasks and projects Support: Act as a third-tier technical resource, supporting colleagues with expert guidance on questions not covered by the Warmup technical library.
