The resource should possess 3 to 4 years prior experience in Testing and Java based test automation. Experience with test framework development for web and mobile using Java and other related technologies. He/ She should have Good command on Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, including Page Object design patterns and Selenium Grid configurations. Also Experience in using performance tools like Jmeter and API Load Testing with Jmeter is required. Person should have excellent overall communication skills. Key Responsibilities – Expertise on testing different QA Methodologies (black-box, white-box and gray-box) for both web UIs and backends, both manually and automated. – Knowledge of Internet technologies: RESTful Web Services and HTTP proxies, HTTP and HTTPS Protocols, web servers and Good understanding on how to test /automate them. – Passion for finding defects and breaking things is a must – Good understanding of Testing in Agile and DevOps Environment – Experience with GIT source code management – Expert level of Programming, especially in Java – Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills – A responsive, flexible standout colleague that is self-motivated, self-starting, and enthusiastic – Independent thinker with tenacity to maintain focus on issues until they are adequately resolved – Develop and add automated functional and regression tests in existing test framework – Participate in code reviews for automated testing project – Little flexible with timings Work Experience 3 to 4 years of overall experience building web/mobile application Passionate about quick learning and applying that knowledge for the success of project Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}} Ability and interest to learn new things quickly
