The Business Intelligence team works closely with Finance and Revenue Development to provide critical information and analysis to support strategic decision making and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Working as a member of theBI team, the role provides leadership, strategic and tactical thinking and implementation pertaining to the optimal management, integration, enrichment, usage and delivery of key data assets across the organisation to improve decision making, with a focus on revenue generation. Skills, knowledge and experience Expert knowledge of business intelligence strategies, architectures & technologies. Advanced skills in database interrogation & manipulation language such as SQL Proficiency in visualisation tools (Tableau / Power BI), & open-source data analytics, reporting & integration platforms (eg KNIME). Demonstrated pattern recognition techniques, with knowledge of, & experience in business intelligence, ideally in a donor based or similar organisation. Strong experience in extracting, loading & transforming data between systems, such as in data integration or migration· Proficiency in data interrogation, modelling, mining or machine learning techniques. Demonstrated application of statistical, clustering, segmentation, regression & other analytical techniques. Ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences. Well-developed communication skills including verbal, written, negotiation, influencing & presentation skills. Experience building & maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including ability to identify & synthesise stakeholder needs. Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Excel), CRMS & reporting tools, Customer / Donor Relationship Management tools (e.g. The Raiser's Edge). Ideally you will a knowledge of IT systems, data domains & infrastructures related to digital integration with a record of accomplishment delivering business/technology transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with coaching internal stakeholders, have an ability to work both autonomously and constructively within a team and be aligned with WWF's vision, mission and I-KODE Values.
