Job Roles & Responsibilities To check that the works within each block are carried out according to approved work schedule. To ensure all materials that require approval from the SO Rep are submitted on time so as to ensure no delay to the progress of works on site. To identify/verify on HDB buildings void decks that have previously undergone FRP improvement works and conduct site surveys. To inspect and assist with handing/taking over of completed works. To do computer data entry and taking progress photos. Job Requirements At least 3 years of relevant working experience Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) To possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Playerswith an ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Possesses a Class 3 driving license.
