· Optimizing the performance and efficiency of the digital marketing campaigns for our Free to Play Online Mobile Games · Work closely with the Art & Development Teams to specify exciting creatives & copy that can excite and compel potential audiences to the games · Knowledge in digital ad channels(Self-served video & banner, agency, influencer & affiliate networks) to executive and iteratively optimize towards installs, CPI and LTV targets · Assist in planning the marketing budget & marketing Mix using CPI & install Targets · Execute Performance Marketing Plans during Pre-launch, Launch & Sustain lifecycle phases · Update the Marketing Roadmap for a Portfolio of Games · Manage Agency partners from initial briefing, creative concepting & execution · Assist in the creation of UA Campaigns on Display & Video Ad Channels · Perform Competitor Marketing Execution Analysis to strengthen in- house initiatives · Oversee ASO & A/B Testing Initiatives to optimize Conversion rates & CPEs · Measure & Report on Cohorted Campaign Performance(CPM, CPC, CPI, ConvRates, RoAS) · Work together with Developers to define & troubleshoot Attribution SDK events integration · Collaborate with Game Developers to identify Marketing Message & Product Positioning Requirement: · Min. 1 year experience in Mobile App/ Mobile Game Marketing · Good understanding in Mobile Marketing Channels · Good understanding of Key Levers that can influence Marketing Campaign performance · Good understanding of the user Acquisition Funnel(Impression to Purchase) · Strong hands on experience running AdWords & Facebook Campaigns · Experience in data-backed and process-driven decision- making is a plus · Experience in Analytics, Market Research & Copy- Writing is a plus · Understanding of Mobile Game Mechanics & Social Viral Mechanisms is a plus For immediate consideration: Please indicate the below information in your resume · Current & Expected Salary · Reason for leaving · Availability to commence work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 /month
