Role Objectives The WEP Expanded Access Program (EAP) Project Manager is responsible for the setup, implementation, and management of individual Expanded Access Programs, both internally and externally. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Accountable for the successful delivery of projects, while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail Contribute and lead the initial setup and design of EAP projects (after contracting) through development of detailed project plans that are aligned with customer expectations, include risk identification and contingency planning Achievement of agreed individual and project KPIs Exhibit strong communication skills with internal and external parties Work collaboratively and cross-functionally both within WEP and externally with sponsors and sites Proactively identify issues and enact appropriate solutions Manage 3rd party vendors and any associated deliverables Provide the relevant support in the generation of proposals and costing, covering scope changes to existing programs Proactively manage and communicate changes in project scope, identify potential areas of concern, and devise contingency plans as required Assist in the preparation of relevant internal and external reports and updates Conduct periodic surveys to gauge client satisfaction Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, keeping all stakeholders informed Act as a role model and work within WEP’s values and behaviours Work to current GMP/GDP guidelines and within the company framework of its Quality Management System As a Project Manager you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Educated to degree level within Life Sciences (biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification / experience. Experience managing multiple projects with different customers. Minimum of 12 months experience in EAP/NPP/CUP project management Account management / service sector background preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motive members within a matrix system. Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, and the UK clinical trials environment/ drug development process. 2nd language (other than English) is an advantage. Previous experience in a project management role, with projects requiring specific deliverables of logistics, external & internal communication plans, supply chain, regulatory (ideal) and KPI measures. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to communicate at all levels. Other information Job Location: London W4 Permanent Full-time position (Monday-Friday) Benefits package including 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, employer pension contribution and Medical Insurance, after passing the probation.
