A great opportunity for someone naturally quick with computers and with an eye for design, to join a fast-growing media and technology company. We create short personalised media products for customers using photos, videos and music of their choice. You will use new, high-powered computers with great software tools, which you'll be fully trained on. We are a friendly team of 38 girls and guys, based in smart offices in Sheffield. Are you ready to put your computer skills to good use? Our work makes a genuine difference to peoples’ lives and you will regularly receive great feedback from our customers. You will work with our 12-strong media team to help work through a daily inbound workload. You will need a proactive approach, working with other team members to understand the needs of our customers. Duties Your duties and responsibilities will include: Editing photos and video content provided by customers Ensuring top quality and detailed service which upholds the company standards, and the needs of our end user customer Working with the media team to ensure effective processing of inbound workload Answering customer phone calls Working as part of a team to ensure an awareness of other departments and the working connectivity between the business areas Working with the company’s web and software developers to assist and make suggestions for service improvements Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role you will posses: Great natural computer skills Excellent communication and people skills An eye for detail A belief in delivering the best service for customers The ability to work on own initiative and support fellow colleagues Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel as well as other Windows-based applications Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as; After Effects, Premiere Pro would be useful, but not essential Basic understand of computer coding would be useful but not essential Benefits 28 days holiday (including statuary bank holidays) Statutory pension contributions Involvement in a fast-growing company Relaxed working environment Healthy snacks, fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee Smart newly refurbished offices Ergonomic working environments Regular and interesting team socials Training and personal development opportunities Location Our office is based in Sheffield, near the City Centre.
