About the role This role is responsible for providing deep insights and analysis to the Retail Pricing Team and wider Consumer Team to help formulate strategy and investment decisions. You will create dashboard reports in Power BI, provide insights and analysis to support the development of strategies, operating models, roadmaps and business cases. You will develop a deep understanding of our business and drivers of performance, and have the opportunity to innovate and assist in the development and implementation of exciting AI pricing tools that drive well informed strategic decisions. About you The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be highly skilled at using data, including accuracy and appropriate metrics to validate ROI and KPI measures. You will have strong commercial acumen, be highly analytical and numerate. You will have extensive experience working as an analyst with large data sets with a demonstrated ability to drive and add value to business performance. You will have excellent PowerBI skills and experience accessing, assessing and presenting information and opportunities, trends or patterns at a macro and micro level. You will need to be flexible as priorities fluctuate with changing market demands. You will need excellent influencing and communication skills and a willingness to grow and contribute to the overall success of the team.
