The position We are looking for a strong candidate to maintain and further develop our Home sales in Denmark. Within this role you establish and develop our local dealer network through a relationship of mutual trust. You are part of the new Vitra team established in Denmark and working with one of the strongest brands and products in the industry. This position is showroom based in Nordhavn. Your responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor the partner’s annual business plan and sales strategy in line with Vitra retail overall strategy Advise and work on areas of improvement and opportunity with partners and coordinate improvement strategies where needed Secure sophisticated presentation of the Vitra brand at the point of sale of the partner and eventually in its online appearance Manage the partner training schedule to ensure the partner sales force is properly informed on products, brands, concepts and the sell out Your Qualification 5-7 years retail sales experience, Industry experience is preferred Marketing and business development skills are a plus Good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications with focus on Power Point for Presentations Language: English (Business level) Ambition to meet strategic aggressive new business sales goals Good sense of quality, aesthetics and design Ideally being based in greater Copenhagen but not a must Are you interested?
