A Supply Planner who will be responsible for the implementation of product supply forecasting with our partner factories in order to minimize lead time, product cost and balance inventory risk across the supply chain network. The supply planner also acts as the primary interface with their assigned manufacturers to resolve issues in the supply chain. This flexible role is designed for a self-starter, comfortable with autonomy, who is interested in working with small functional teams within a global network. Based out of Singapore, the role may entail occasional travel, primarily within the Asia Pacific region. Main Responsibilities: Supply Planning Consult with internal stakeholders to implement production and inventory strategies Execute procurement of finished goods and raw materials from global contract manufacturers Proactively report product and raw material availability issues Play a key role in new product launches including managing timelines and phase-out schedules of existing product lines so as to minimise excessive raw material exposure Order Processing and Stock Inventory Management Place orders with manufacturers based upon agreed lead time and capacity availability Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimise write-offs Implement systems for tracking raw material usage Coordinate commercial and shipping documents with contract manufacturers SAP Key User Maintain and monitor master data Be a key coordinator of SAP related issues within the local team Manage local roll-out of new SAP enhancements Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 3-5 years' experience in supply planning or supply chain, preferably in beverages Bachelor degree in business, operations, supply chain or related field highly advantageous High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential Demonstrated proactive problem solving skills Confidence working with SAP and prior involvement in SAP implementation highly desirable Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team Can work within a flexible working schedule environment Fluency in English required, additional APAC language fluency desirable Energetic, self-motivated, positive attitude and with the ability to drive improvements Vita Coco, the leading coconut water brand, launched in 2004 when two friends, Michael Kirban and Ira Liran learned about the tropical elixir after a chance encounter at a New York City bar.
