Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose: The Operations Manager shall lead the planning and development as well as implementation of company strategies to ensure the smooth running of the various outlets we have and future outlets we plan to open in the near future. To work with Management to develop an effective operational management system, implement system and support the growth of the Company’s F&B business with the goal of delivering excellent customer service. Job Scope: Ensuring that the various teams understand all job duties and standards, instilling initiative and accountability. Plans and lead this multi-disciplinary team to deliver efficient and effective operations to meet service quality. Manage KPIs including cost targets, service levels and sales targets. Develop and review Company SOPs, monitor and ensure successful implementation. Oversees daily operation duties for all sections, e.g, general administration, restaurant and kitchen and ensure its profit & loss performance. Seek opportunities to enhance guest experience by seeking guest feedback, reviewing management report and ensure any guest issues are address immediately and taking responsibility to resolve isues. Responsible in ensuring business growth by increasing customer satisfaction through quality and service. Responsible for maintaining and communicating effectively with both front of house and kitchen staff and developing good lines of communication with all other department. Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are in place and in accordance to Company's policy and compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements. Constantly review standard of food to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained. Oversees cost control by optimizing the labour and raw material to ensure profitability of the restaurant.
