We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service and Inventory Assistant to join our Head Office team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Customer Service and Inventory Assistant role is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience. This role will act as an escalation point for store-based queries and will be the first point of contact for all phone, email, website, contact form and social media customer queries. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email and support with pre /post purchases Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their enquiries Answering phones, screening and transferring calls and taking messages Supporting the Head of Retail with projects as required Assisting the Assistant Planner/Buyer with inventory and wholesale administration as required To be successful in this role you will have: Previous customer service experience in an administration role Previous experience in Fashion Retail A desire and passion to deliver exceptional customer service at all times Great time management and an ability to take initiative and multitask Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels High standards and attention to detail including highly developed written and verbal communication skills Proven experience using data base and point of sales systems Intermediate skills using MS Office suite in particular Excel If you love connecting and engaging with customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are truly passionate about joining a modern Australian Fashion brand, this is the role for you.
