Key Responsibilities Project Execution for finishing/Interior works should be well versed with Interior Fit-Out, wood work, Flooring, False Ceiling, Plumbing, Electrical services and Civil work Reading and understanding all Civil, Interior and MEP related drawings Contractor / Material Management and handling all interior execution work as per approved drawings. Measurement, preparation of estimates and bills of quantities / contractor's billing Quality control to check completed/in progress interior work. Identify the error and getting it rectified by respective Vendor Maintain safe secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations Responsible from initiation to completion and handing over of the project. Should be adept and experienced in coordinating and interacting with various consultants / associates involved in project execution such as Interior design team, Structural consultant, Landscaping consultant. The Sr. Project Manager must have previous experience of working on luxury residential apartments and villas with high end finishes. Site construction experience of 12-14 years Capable of handling more than 4-5 project in one time. Responsible for handling a team of site engineers, site supervisors, junior engineers etc. Experience: 12-15 yrs Package: upto 10 LPA Location: North Goa Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 /year Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) Location: Goa, Goa (Preferred) Benefits: Paid leaves / Leave encashment Industry: Real Estate
