HR Officer Are you looking for your next step into an HR Officer role? We are looking for someone to manage the day to day Human Resources within the Support Services function. We are a specialist contract research organisation (CRO) to the pharmaceutical industry, focused on delivering high quality statistics and programming for clinical trials. We have a unique and modern approach to the industry and have grown from 3 to 120 staff in the last 8 years. The ideal candidate will be personable, have a great attention to detail and have experience with onboarding and HR systems. You will have an HR degree or CIPD qualification with at least 2 years’ experience as a minimum. This is a standalone HR role in the business so you need to be able to be decisive and knowledgeable to advise managers.
