Casual Event Day Kitchen Hands and BOH Food Attendants Bring your A-game for bounce down for the AFL 2020 season in the Most Beautiful Stadium in the World. Our Premium Retail offering consists of a number of premium bars, food outlets and members lounges that operate exclusively for premium clientele on game day. With superb views, high-class service and premium food in hand, our guests watch a variety of major sporting and entertainment events. As a food attendant in our Premium department you will be assisting the Chef in charge running the kitchen on event day, working across different sections, preparing and cooking meals from a variety of menus whilst adhering to our strict food safety policy. Potentially evolving into a premium kitchen team leader role with duties also extending into our retail department. Requirements: Minimum 12 months previous kitchen hand/BOH food attendant experience, in a busy & fast paced venue Previous experience as a Team Leader preferred A positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player but with a proactive approach Punctual and reliable Available to attend a 2-night induction being held on Tuesday 3rd March 6-9pm AND Wednesday 4th March 5-8pm If you are a team player with a passion for service, we’d love to hear from you.
