Supply Chain/Business Manager forms the core team within Venture in providing end-to-end services to Life Science customers in ensuring customer order is delivered on-time with the right quality matrix. The candidate has to work closely with customers, Venture factories and program team to deliver quality products. You will be gathering the relevant data sets and identifying complex patterns and relationships to find the right solution for real business problem. Responsibilities: Work closely with customers in production forecast and order. Ensure on-time delivery of orders from Venture factories. Main interface with customer buyer/planner in production phase till product EOL. Manage supply & demand together with planning forming the integral link between customers and Venture factories. Work with factories to managed material inventories & material risk. Escalate and resolve issues related to order fulfillment. Design, develop and establish metrics to monitor, analyze and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance. Equipped with excellent Project Management skill. Ability to work independently and agile. A self-starter, good team builder with good organizational abilities. Champion of Product Life Cycle Management and meeting ISO requirement. Drive cost out of supply chain, from supplier management to lean initiatives in factory. Develop quality matrix to ensure quality products at all times. Provide leadership in resolving all issues with customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university Minimum 5 ~ 8 years’ relevant experience. Familiarity with Supply Chain Management concepts, e.g., forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics. Project management skill. Knowledge of Microsoft Project. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills. Highly customer service-oriented. Good written and spoken English.
