Responsibilities: Lead training sessions (online and/or in-person) to teach customers how to setup and use our software applications (requires overnight travel approximately 30-60% of the time). Help onboard new employees and set them up for success in a sales or support role by teaching them how the product works. Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. Assist in the continual development of training materials and job aids for customers. Help to write, edit, and proof documentation and other materials for Software, Marketing, Production, and Sales. Perform occasional quality assurance responsibilities for software department. Provide occasional support and consulting guidance to existing clients via email or phone. Qualifications: Professional and confident public presence. Experience in leading audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both webinar and in-person settings. Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude. Experience with technical/software training preferred. Familiar with instructional design, training, and adult learning principles. Ambitious self-starter with problem-solving skills. Capable of taking direction and working with guidance. Is equally comfortable working in a team /collaborative environment, as well as independently.
