Role summary Support the CIO and Programme function to ensure the smooth running of the project and reporting processes ! Responsibilities Attend PID meetings and document and distribute outcomes Manage project catalog entries Manage project approval process updates; ensure all projects go through the correct process and status reported / updated. Enforcing when required. Gathering data about project progress and producing reports and Flag overruns (time, budget) Ensure weekly time sheet completion and produce weekly spend reporting Keep Track of dependencies across multiple projects Tracking and managing project benefits Reporting on financial information at the end of the month i.e. operating the Fin Tracker Capex process (not the Finance side) Enforce the use of agreed standards and processes Manage road map documentation (update current projects, add and remove projects as necessary) Strategic Ongoing development and improvement of standards and processes, propose improvements to the Program Leadership Future investigation as to whether a PMO off-the-shelf tool will provide additional benefits Personal Characteristics Young & driven person Attention to detail Work independently Approachable person Makes decisions Financial and/or administrative experience preferred Will follow up to all levels within the IT department on governance/project status We offer A professional and well networked environment An attractive international workplace Do you fit in this profile?
