Social Media Coordinator/ Graphic Deisgner We are currently on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Social Media Coordinator/ Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be passionate and have an intimate knowledge of the current landscape and trends with all social media channels and design. It’s important for the candidateself-motivatedtivated and have the ability to work independently as well as with the team. You will be an innovative self-starter with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in digital content creation, campaign management, graphic design and optimization. Requirements: 1 or more years of experience as a graphic designer A strong portfolio of print/digital design, branding, conceptual thinking, web design and digital ads Ability to update wordpress Able and willing to wear many hats Will thrive and be dedicated in pressured situations Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Strategic planning and leadership in social media content creation, campaign management, engagement and social advertising Providing expertise in brand discovery, brand management and brand voice Establish KPIs and metrics for reporting on results for all digital campaigns, as well as providing recommendations for improvements Ensure everything you produce is high-quality, consistent, on-brand and beautiful Manage multiple requests ranging from sponsor requests, campaigns, event design and guest facing experiences. Art direction and working with writers as necessary Personal Attributes: Social media savvy Ability to successfully present your creative work to the team and clients and are comfortable being client facing Passionate about researching and knowing industry trends You’re passionate about ‘Positive Change’ Illustration skills You take pride in never clocking off Can think on your feet Collaborative team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other team members Possess strong work and business ethics; be reliable, highly organized and dependable Strong detail-orientation, organizational, and time management skills Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: Web Design: 1 year (Required) Graphic Design: 1 year (Required)
