Installation & Troubleshooting of PC / Laptop and workstation (WS) for the users; the installation of the PC/WS will include Windows package following as per Client standards and procedures, as well as business applications if required, following Client standards and procedures; 2. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Office 365 3. Troubleshooting on PC, Laptop, WS in case of incidents raised : could be hardware troubleshooting and replacement, as well as software troubleshooting and installation 4. Reporting weekly to Client Manager in charge of the Frontend perimeter on the activity. 5. Maintain inventory of all PC/Workstations/Laptops.,Troubleshoot outlook issues Interested candidates Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹50,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year Experience: 3 Year: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
