We have an excellent opportunity for an intermediate Estimator – Project Coordinator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telecommunications, project estimating and coordinating jobs of all sizes for multiple clients. A motivated self-starter that will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of the construction program. The successful candidate would be utilizing Microsoft Excel, Hard dollar, Revu Bluebeam and Project applications/MBOS. This is the perfect opportunity to build a career at a leading EPC contractor Requirements Estimator responsibilities and duties: Review construction drawings build & develop the submissions. Prepare and Submit Change Orders. Help develop Construction Execution Plans (CEP). Track project costs and work to ensure target production and margin targets are met. Coordinate all project logistics: material procurement, delivery and management. Work with the field and engineering team to develop solutions to challenges encountered in the field. Conduct site visits as may be required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Some experience in leading the delivery of construction works. Knowledge of telecommunications or civil construction. Registered as an EIT in Canada would be considered an asset. Advanced Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
