The junior marketing analyst is responsible for providing the analysis and conclusions of marketing campaigns and support the team with all relevant data to make the right choices. He/she is in direct contact with every one of the marketing team but also with the sourcing team and the other analysts of the company. The activities range from fine-tuning our segmentation for communication to the Belgian consumer needs, providing data & analysing results, tailoring the dashboards towards the needs of company, optimizing the customer life cycle through A/B test plan and be the safeguard of the KPI’s. The main objective of the junior marketing analyst is to pin point the relevant moment & target to increase traffic and purchases thanks to marketing campaigns. What you will do You work closely together with the other marketeers and the commercial team to propose, develop, create and produce relevant analysis in order to improve decision-making processes and increase the effectiveness of campaigns. You are also in the driver's seat of all the A/B test strategy that will provide us with the best outcomes related to content, layout and moment for our marketing communications. You are a data cruncher that can use data analytics to measure communication effectiveness KPI’s, derive insights on strategy and performance, guide decisions and identify / document business cases for new opportunities. You manage the execution of online & offline marketing activities related to brand services and deliver those projects within planned timescales and budgets. You are involved in interdisciplinary projects in which you represent the voice of the Belgian consumer, therefore you are always up to date on the trends of the online Belgian consumer behaviour across our main categories. Your profile You have a degree in marketing or economics studies. You have a good verbal and written communication skills including being comfortable with the presentations of the results. You feel responsible for the quality of your work, are proactive in problem solving and always communicate clearly. You are analytical with attention to detail, a good planner and project management is a key strength. You have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Native language skills in French or Dutch. Fluent in oral and written English.
