We have an exciting opportunity for a client service focussed applicant to join a dynamic team as a Property and Facilities Advisor. The role will see you working with enthusiastic Faculty staff and research students from a diverse range of backgrounds and specialist areas. The successful applicant will have a unique experience liaising with academic, research and technical staff; as well as external suppliers to source consumables and equipment across the spectrum of medical, science, environmental and IT technology. Please note the role will also involve manual handling and the requirement to operate trolleys and plant equipment. To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and have experience in purchasing; including maintaining and developing online purchasing systems and records. Whilst not compulsory, previous experience in a science store environment would be highly regarded. Due to the nature of this role in handling substances of a security concern, it is a requirement for the successful applicant to undergo and satisfy a National Police Check.
