Previous NHS Pensions experience is desirable but not essential as there is the the option for a trainee role for the successful candidate. The ability to understand complex legislation and manage an unpredictable workload is essential. You will need to demonstrate a flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy. You will be part of an established Pensions Team who support and provide services to University Hospitals Birmingham and a further 20+ NHS Organisations, you will need to display excellent communication and organisational skills to meet non-negotiable deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity if you are willing to embark on a challenge and wish to join a professional team. All posts involving access to persons in receipt of health services will be subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
